Jennifer Holley

Jennifer has worked her way up through the Food & Beverage industry over the last 24 years. Landing her first restaurant job as a busser after joining her mother for “Take Your Daughter To Work” Day, she progressed through the ranks and ultimately aligned herself with industry powerhouses such as Steve Wynn, Michael Morton and most recently The Food Network’s famous “Too Hot Tamales” – Chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken. On the heels of her latest role as General Manager of Border Grill Forum Shops, Holley was nominated “Restaurateur of the Year” in 2015 by the Nevada Restaurant Association. As one of the few leading women in a culinary scene still dominated by men, Holley has built a robust team of professionals at Border Grill, all of whom uphold the truest principle of hospitality: connecting with guests in more meaningful, personal ways.
